Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the postal service Nova Poshta and UkrPoshta 

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs (Nova Poshta/Ukrpochta and others).

Free delivery for orders from 3000 UAH

* free delivery does not apply when taking into account the wholesale discount.

* free delivery does not apply to promotional items.

Urgent shipment is possible – conditions can be agreed with the manager of the online store https://effect-expert.com

All orders within Ukraine are shipped on the same day if the payment is credited to the account before 16:00 of the current day, except Saturday and Sunday.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation letter to the email address specified when placing the order.

Delivery to other countries of the world:

Delivery is carried out to all countries of the world, except for the country of the aggressor (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan), according to the tariffs of the selected company (Nova Poshta/Ukraine Post and others).

The cost of delivery depends on the weight, volume, speed of transportation, and the country of the recipient.

* All international orders are shipped on the current day or the next day, depending on the agreement with the manager on the terms and conditions of delivery and receipt of payment. These conditions do not apply on Saturday and Sunday.

* Data for sending to other countries of the world must be filled in in English (Latin):

1. Recipient’s name and surname and/or company name / Name, surname or company name

2. House, street, apartment (office)

3. Post office number (if applicable)

4. City, zip code

5. COUNTRY or REGION (if applicable)

Delivery for wholesale customers

Delivery for wholesale buyers is paid exclusively by wholesale buyers independently according to the tariffs of postal services, regardless of the order amount.

Fixed discounts for wholesale orders:

from 6000 UAH -10%

from 9000 UAH -15%

from 12000 UAH – 20%.

The discount is automatically added to the cart

Payment methods

Payment is made in national currency to the current account (IBAN) of Monobank, only in 100% amount.
